Cupping
Cupping is an ancient therapy utilizing heated or pumped glass, plastic, or silicone cups to create suction on the skin, enhancing blood flow and promoting healing. Cupping reduces pain, loosens muscles, improves circulation, removes toxins, and speeds up recovery from injuries. The suction pulls skin, tissue, and sometimes superficial muscle upward, causing localized bruising (ecchymosis). This helps to stimulate blood flow, improve immune function, and enhance metabolism. It is often used for back pain, neck pain, and headaches.
